Here is the class for you who would like to be able to play guitar and sing at the same time.

You are introduced to the guitar as an instrument and you learn to tune it.
You learn how to hold and handle the guitar, how to position your hands and fingers, how to strum and you are introduced to fingerpicking. We work on changing chords, while we count bars together.

With very simple guitar rhythms (strums) and fingering patterns, we play and sing songs together in different genres.
You are introduced to basic voice technique and the necessary music theory.
You may have sung a little before, but playing the guitar is new to you.
You are keen to challenge yourself and your musicality with guitar and voice together with others.

The aim is that each of you is challenged according to musical experience and wishes for the course.

Please bring an acoustic guitar (Spanish/classical or western guitar), a guitar tuner (or tuner app on your phoen), a capo + pen/paper.
