The Secret Stage Studio (Ages 12–16)
When the school day ends, ordinary classrooms become spaces for new stories, bold ideas, and unexpected characters. Welcome to The Secret Stage Studio.
The Secret Stage Studio is a space for young people who want to explore theatre, storytelling, and performance in a creative and ambitious environment.
Through acting, improvisation, character development, movement, and ensemble work, students create scenes, develop original material, and discover new ways of expressing themselves on stage. The focus is on creativity, collaboration, confidence, and finding your own artistic voice.
Classes take place at the school after school hours and are led by professional actors and theatre makers with experience from major stage productions, as well as backgrounds in education, pedagogy, and psychology.
Throughout the season, students will have opportunities to share their work and perform scenes, culminating in a larger production at Krudttønden Theatre in Østerbro in the summer of 2027.
Once registration is complete, students will be organised into smaller groups to ensure the best possible learning experience for everyone.
Further information about the season, schedule, and performances will be shared before classes begin.
