Margaux Oswald

Margaux Oswald is a pianist, composer, improviser, and educator of French-Filipina origin, born in Geneva and now based in Copenhagen.

She is a new member of the Copenhagenbased ILK collective and collaborates widely with both Danish and international artists.

In recent years, she has released several acclaimed albums, including her solo record Dysphotic Zone and Magnetite with Jesper Zeuthen—both on the prestigious Cleanfeed Records—and Signals with Kasper Tranberg on ILK.

Her work is rooted in both composition and free improvisation, always exploring the space where structure meets spontaneity.

As a teacher, Margaux is dedicated to fostering creativity and musical curiosity, helping each student find their own voice and confidence through music.
